Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, job-site visits and industry events
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Develop strategic business plans to expand market share within assigned territories
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
- Provide technical product demonstrations when necessary, explaining features and benefits clearly
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Experience

- Experience in sales (inside or outside sales), preferably in B2B environments involving consumer package goods or building materials.
- Clear and Effective communication skills with a tenacious follow up and execution mentality
- Strong negotiation and business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
- Competitive sports experience, team experience, and activity in community is considered an asset.
- Experience in account management, maintaining long-term client relationships
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools used in sales growth initiatives
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
