Half-time position 20 hours per week. Duties include answering phone calls, helping in-person customers, organizing files, assisting in-house staff with paperwork completion, accounts receivable management using QuickBooks, managing basic Excel spreadsheets, processing customer payments, sending out customer surveys, being able to type simple customer letters, and general office organization. Overall good understanding of computers and basic clerical skills.
