The Food Service Business Developer contributes to the success of the UNI-ONE FOOD GROUP by maximizing business growth through the acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer in various channels such as Restaurants, Hotels, Entertainment Facilities and all other Non-retail Channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving food service sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals for the assigned territory by providing superior customer service, especially in seafood market.
- Growing base business through effective selling and execution of monthly business priorities.
- Prospecting and acquiring new food service accounts.
- Cross-sell product categories of UNI-ONE FOOD GROUP including Produce, Condiments, Beverages, Dried Goods, Meat, Packing materials, Frozen Seafood and other frozen products.
- Activating local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build key brand development and maximize key brand performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of fact-based direct selling experience in food wholesale industry preferred
- Food service customers resource is preferred
- A second language of Mandarin/Cantonese is prefered
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite
- Solid presentation and interpersonal skills required
- Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle
