The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations of the Region. We are looking for an individual who will take pride in assigned branches and will work to build the business and operate it in a safe and efficient manner.
Manages day-to-day operations in assigned branches to ensure all tasks are conducted correctly and efficiently.
Supervises region staff including coordinating leaves, vacations, performance management, establishes work priorities and determines staff requirements.
Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental policies are adhered to and all employees abide by hours of work and safe work practices.
Oversees the maintenance of property and equipment in the region to ensure everything is accounted for and remains in safe working order.
Analyzes region finances and operations to optimize productivity and costs.
Manages current customer relationships, calls prospective customers to obtain their business.
Addresses all customer issues involving pricing and deliveries to develop solutions that meets the customer’s needs in order to maintain the business relationship.
Provides product knowledge and solutions to customers and employees when needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 2 years progressive supervisory experience with a focus in operations management.
Industry knowledge relating to energy distribution desired.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven leadership ability while maintaining a pleasant and friendly manner is necessary.
