ACE Integrity Group is seeking a qualified PCP to fill full time or casual permanent positions, as well as temporary part time positions at the Mosaic Esterhazy and Colonsay Mine Sites. Primary duties will include providing emergency medical care in an industrial/clinical setting, patient reassessments and case management,as well as providing security coverage and administrative support. Our paramedics play a vital role in workplace wellness. You’ll work alongside our Emergency Response Teams (ERT) and the site nurse, as well as consult with the company doctor, to provide excellent patient care to workers and contractors on site in the event of an emergency or injury. Job Requirements:
- Current (unrestricted) registration with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics (NOCP 2011)
- Working knowledge of the legislation, protocols, and scope of practice for practicing level
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Current CPR-HCP/BLS & ITLS certifications
- Valid graduated Saskatchewan Driver’s license
- Must be willing to work 12 hour shifts work that consist of days, nights, and weekends. FT
rotation is based on a 7 in/7 out, straight days and nights schedule; part-time coverage of this
rotation can be flexible. Modified work agreement is utilized, with OT paid after 160 hours
worked in 4 week pay cycle, or > 12 hours worked in a day.
- Certification in drug and alcohol testing (CSC and BAT); or willing to train. Cost of training is paid
for by company.
- Potential for furthering education by participating in a Audiometry and Spirometry courses to
help facilitate the hearing and lung testing for Mosaic workers on site.
This position offers a wage of $29/hour and the potential for annual increases, competitive with industry
standard. Full time and part time employees are eligible for health and dental benefits after they pass
their three-month probation. $95/day per diem is available when primary residence is >100 km from the
mine to assist with cost of local accommodations and travel.
