Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team.
This role involves both warehouse work and basic order/shipping paperwork. The successful candidate will help read customer orders received by email, prepare order and shipping information, pick and pack products, and assist with courier and freight shipments.
This is not only a general warehouse labour position. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to understand order information are very important.
Main Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, count, and prepare customer orders accurately
- Prepare and review packing slips, order documents, and other order-related paperwork
- Check product names, sizes, quantities, and order details before orders are shipped or picked up
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including preparing products for customers, couriers, freight companies, or drivers
- Receive incoming products, put away stock, and help keep inventory organized
- Check stock and notify the team if products are low, missing, damaged, or incorrect
- Load, move, and arrange products in the warehouse as required for the job
- Handle packaging products such as rubber bands, poly bags, poly mailers, produce bags, and related industrial supplies
- Communicate clearly with team members about order details, product availability, and shipping requirements
- Use a pallet jack and operate a forklift only when trained and authorized
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and supervisor instructions
- Report errors, product issues, or order problems promptly
- Support other warehouse and order fulfillment tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, order picking, packing, inventory, or order fulfillment is preferred
- Able to read and check basic customer order details in English
- Strong attention to detail, especially with product names, sizes, quantities, and special instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Able to stand, walk, lift, move, and handle products as required for warehouse work
- Able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Able to count products accurately and do basic calculations
- Able to communicate clearly with the team when there are questions or problems
- Able to use a pallet jack
- Basic computer skills are an asset
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift experience or forklift certification is an asset
- Experience preparing or reviewing packing slips, courier labels, bills of lading, or shipping documents
- Experience using order entry, inventory, warehouse, or shipping software

- Working hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
Pay
- Wage range $20-23
- Pay will be based on experience and qualification
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
