Overview
We are seeking a skilled Hair Braider to join our team. If you are passionate about hair styling and have expertise in braiding, we want to hear from you!
Duties
- Perform various hair braiding techniques including cornrows, box braids, twists, and other intricate styles
- Sanitize all tools and workstations regularly to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with the braiding services
- Upsell hair care products and accessories to clients
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
- Contribute to retail sales by recommending products that complement the braided styles
Experience
- Proven experience in hair styling with a focus on braiding
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Prior experience in retail sales is a plus
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in the work area
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$55.17 per hour
