We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales growth across various channels. Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Manage merchandising displays to attract customer attention and optimize product placement
- Perform sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized stock levels and ensure the retail space is clean, welcoming, and well-presented
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to follow up with potential clients and answer customer inquiries professionally
- Assist in inventory management and basic merchandising tasks as needed
- Demonstrate effective time management to balance multiple customer interactions throughout shifts
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging a diverse customer base (Chinese language is a plus)
- Familiarity with product demos, technical sales, and merchandising strategies is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and POS operations are necessary
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, active listening, and clear articulation of product benefits
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with upselling techniques and customer engagement strategies will be beneficial
