We are currently looking for a Shop Labourer. The Shop Labourer duties include a variety of tasks that support the production , maintenance and organization of the shop.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required.
- Operate CNC machine for metal fabrication
- Operate company vehicle to deliver various materials to work sites.
- Assist with the painting and preparation of exterior installation components
- Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specifications.
- Transport materials safely through the shop; clean up debris and keep tools and equipment in good condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driver abstract report is a mandatory requirement.
- Previous experience in construction, exterior installation, or a related field (preferred).
- Mechanical knowledge to operate metal work machinery (preferred).
- Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to safety guidelines.
