Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our welcoming dental practice on a part-time basis. We are looking for an experienced clinician who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and building lasting relationships with patients.
Schedule
- Alternate Tuesdays: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- All Tuesdays : (July & August 2026) 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Qualifications
- Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory college.
- Minimum 2–5 years of clinical dental hygiene experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative dental team.
- Knowledge of current infection prevention and control protocols.
- Experience with dental practice management software is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments.
- Provide scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride treatments, and oral health education.
- Take and interpret dental radiographs as required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Educate patients on preventive oral health care and home hygiene techniques.
- Collaborate with the dentist and team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization standards.
