Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator & Functional Administrative Assistant is an opportunity to explore the world of engineering. You can expect to ensure all R&D Directors’ needs are met by providing administrative and project coordination support in the operation of Global R&D. A successful candidate will help drive alignment with company goals and senior leadership. The position will assist with a variety of administrative tasks, resource allocation, employee engagement, and multi-project management for the Global R&D Directors. This candidate will also assist in fostering innovative solutions for employee needs, while also driving a culture of compliance and collaboration throughout the organization.

In this job, you will:
Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers
Provide full administrative support to R&D Executive Team of Directors
Process and reconcile complex expense reports accurately
Arrange complex and detailed domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and agenda and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
Process urgent and confidential information request, compiling reports and presentations with the upmost professionalism
Manage various meetings at worldwide locations including logistics, technology setup, agenda, PowerPoint presentations, conference rooms and coordinating meals
Assist with the leadership of employee engagement initiatives by coordinating and facilitating events, activities and onsite visits
Prioritize conflicting needs, handles matters expeditiously/proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressures
Travel Required: Moderate level of domestic and international travel

Qualifications:
BA/BS degree for a four-year accredited university or college and/or a combination of work and educational experience
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting high level, international executives required
Self-Starter with the ability to work independently is critical
Must be able to maintain a strict level of confidentiality
Able to prioritize multi-conflicting priorities and be flexible in a fast-paced environment with changing demands
Experience supporting projects and managing resources to ensure successful completion of objectives
Proven communication skills with all levels of employees and Executives – both verbal and written.
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail is critical
Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
Experience using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Concur, Skype
Interest in Engineering and/or General Business Operations a must
