We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. Stationed behind the front desk, the Front Desk Agent attends to all inquiries and requests from hotel guests, providing information, recommendations, and directions to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth daily front desk operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare for guest arrivals and follow up to ensure guest needs are met or exceeded.
- Answer the general phone line and assist callers with inquiries, reservations, and requests.
- Address guest service or facility concerns by coordinating with the appropriate departments and working toward timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping teams to ensure guests have a phenomenal stay.
- Provide information, recommendations, and directions to guests as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications
Relevant education and previous hospitality or customer service experience are considered an asset. However, we place the greatest value on candidates who demonstrate a natural aptitude for guest service, professionalism, and teamwork, along with values that align with our organization.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
