Bozco Enterprises (2015) Ltd. is currently seeking a one-year maternity leave coverage for a full-time Administrative Assistant position. You will provide administrative support to the office managers.
1 year term will be June 2026 - September 2027 with the potential to become full time after term.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
· Answering phone calls
· Provide support to managers with daily office needs
· Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
· Keep accurate records of unit information
· Confirm accuracy between system information and received paperwork
· Assist with invoicing procedures & daily work tickets
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Business administration diploma, certificate or equivalent experience preferred
· Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience
· Basic bookkeeping knowledge with knowledge of QuickBooks
· Excellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office
· Ability to multi-task
· Outstanding attention to detail
· Data entry/keying skills
