Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Site Labourer / Semi‑Skilled Labourer to support day‑to‑day construction operations. The successful candidate will assist the site supervisor, perform general construction tasks and help maintain a safe and organized job site. This is a physically demanding role suited to individuals with basic construction experience who are looking to grow their skills in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Perform site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal
- Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as forms or scaffolding
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Perform other general labour duties as assigned by the site supervisor
Requirements
- Previous construction or labour experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Basic knowledge and hands‑on experience with construction tools and site safety
- Ability to lift 50–75lb and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Valid personal driver’s license (Class 5 or equivalent)
- Reliable personal vehicle for daily travel to job sites
- Mobile phone for work‑related communication
Assets (Not Required)
- Experience with concrete work, demolition, framing, or site preparation
- Safety certifications such as WHMIS, First Aid/CPR, or Fall Protection
- Experience operating construction equipment
Working Conditions
- Physically demanding construction environment
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Repetitive tasks involving lifting, bending, standing, and carrying
