Required Qualifications:
Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma required. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal is required. High degree of customer service, both in-person and on the phone/email, problem solving, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills are required. Must have superior active listening and interpretative skills. Must have the ability to work independently with minimal direction and within a team environment. Must have demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Must have superior ability to organize and prioritize. Must be flexible and able to meet the demands of deadlines. Must be able to purposefully work with colleagues, partners and clients to achieve shared goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in a related fields is preferred. Staff scheduling experience in health care preferred. Proficiency with ESP for scheduling preferred.
