We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee transportation, distribution, and inventory operations. The Logistics Manager will ensure efficient movement of goods, coordinate with suppliers and carriers, and manage logistics staff to maintain smooth operations. French language skills are preferred to support communication with diverse teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily logistics and transportation operations
Oversee shipping, receiving, warehousing, and distribution
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and suppliers
Monitor and maintain inventory levels and stock accuracy
Develop strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
Prepare logistics reports and performance metrics
Supervise and support logistics staff and drivers
Required Qualifications
3 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management
Strong understanding of logistics operations and inventory management
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
Preferred Qualifications
French language skills preferred
Experience in warehouse and distribution operations
Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems
Experience managing transportation and delivery teams
