CanPro Deck & Rail is Hiring – Vinyl Decking Installer
CanPro Deck & Rail is looking for an experienced and motivated Vinyl Decking Installer to join our team.
We specialize in high-quality deck and railing projects and are seeking someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Installation of vinyl decking membranes on residential and commercial projects
Surface preparation and layout
Heat welding seams and detailing around posts, stairs, and edges
Ensuring installations meet CanPro’s quality standards
Maintaining a safe and organized worksite
Qualifications:
Previous experience installing vinyl decking membranes preferred
Experience with waterproofing systems is an asset
Ability to read measurements and work from plans
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
