Mr. Foundation Inc. is seeking hardworking and reliable General Construction Labourers to support our foundation repair, waterproofing, and excavation crews. This role involves physical outdoor work, assisting skilled tradespeople, and maintaining safe, efficient job sites. No prior foundation experience is required, training is provided for motivated candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual labour including hand digging, lifting, carrying materials, and site preparation
- Assist with foundation repair, waterproofing, drainage installation, and concrete work
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and construction materials
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies
- Work collaboratively with crew leaders and team members
- Support daily setup and end-of-day cleanup of work areas
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- 1 year construction experience minimum
- Valid Canadian Driver’s license (G2 minimum)
