Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
- Provide evidence-based dietary counseling and education tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutritional strategies into overall treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within electronic medical records systems.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans accordingly.
- Support patients in understanding dietary guidelines, managing chronic conditions, and making sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards related to nutrition services.
- Assist in community outreach programs or educational seminars as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records platforms and computer operation.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively serve diverse patient populations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically.
- Prior experience working with diverse populations and managing multiple cases simultaneously is preferred.
