Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ESL Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English as a Second Language to diverse student populations, helping them improve their language skills and achieve their academic and personal goals. Duties
- Develop and deliver engaging ESL lessons tailored to students’ proficiency levels and learning objectives
- Assess students’ language skills through tests, assignments, and informal evaluations
- Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and confidence-building
- Incorporate diverse teaching methods and educational resources to enhance learning outcomes
- Provide individualized support for students with special education needs or language barriers
- Monitor and track student progress, maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum improvements and participate in professional development activities
- Communicate regularly with students and staff regarding student progress and program updates
Skills
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to adapt lessons for different learning styles
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey concepts and foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Classroom experience is highly desirable, especially in language instruction or related educational settings

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
