Forever Yours Lingerie is a modern and independent fine lingerie boutique with our flagship store in the heart of Langley, BC , with occasional travel to our newly opened location in Burnaby, BC. We specialize in providing a high-service retail experience to our customers, with expert knowledge in bra fitting and bra education services to women of all sizes. We place a special emphasis on sourcing and stocking only the best quality bras, swimwear, lingerie sleepwear, and hosiery in sizes small - 4X.
We have been in business for 30 Years and we are constantly growing and always looking to expand our team of dedicated, fine lingerie enthusiasts. We are currently looking to fill a positions for Sales Floor Customer Service, primarily at our Langley location, to fill a full time position. The current customer service position, is Full-Time (4 - 5 shifts per week) , including weekends and holidays. This position with be reporting primarily to the Langley Location!

As a Customer Service Representative & Merchandise Expeditor, your primary duties will include:
- Greeting clients, answering their questions, and otherwise assisting them on the sales floor
- Setting clients up with our Bra Fit Specialists
- Operating our POS software and register to process transactions, returns and exchanges
- Answering the telephone and checking customer messages
- Accurately putting away merchandise in our stockroom and tidying the salesfloor
