We are currently looking to fill the position of Resident Manager to work within our The Grand Trios building in Guelph, Ontario.

Status: This is a replacement position due to a recent vacancy.
ABOUT THE ROLE
TerraCorp Management is looking for a customer-focused Live-In Resident Manager to join our team at The Grand Trios luxury building in Guelph, ON. The successful candidate will work closely with the Property Manager to support property administration, perform light maintenance duties, and provide exceptional customer service to residents in a collaborative team environment.
As the Resident Manager you will:
Customer Service Focus
- Maintain strong relationships with the residents with a focus on resident retention
- Address tenant concerns and issues that may arise
- Presenting and leasing building suites
- Properly document all situations and solutions
- Communicate with Property Manager, maintenance, and vendors
- Serve all legal documentation when necessary
- Rent collection and bank deposits
- Perform light administrative duties and keep accurate records
Building Cleanliness and Maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness of common areas, corridors, and amenity spaces
- General grounds maintenance including snow clearing and landscape initiatives
- Monitor and clean garbage area
- Perform seasonal duties as required
- Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance
- Supervise trades people
- Assist with move-ins/move-outs
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Previous experience as a Resident Manager is an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Proven maintenance and cleaning skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Friendly and positive attitude with a professional demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year. We offer the following benefits:
