The role: You run the in-home estimate end to end — build trust, build value, name the price, and close in the room. Average job is ~$4,500, and you'll have a proven close system behind you. This is for someone who loves the kill and wants to be paid like it.

What we expect
Responsibilities: high work ethic (incl. Saturdays) · follow our proven close process · train with your coach daily · run a clean pipeline + disciplined follow-up in our CRM · record every estimate. Results: run 12–15 estimates/week · 35%+ close rate · log every quote same day.
Requirements
- 1–2 years in transactional / in-home B2C sales (high-ticket to homeowners preferred)
- Exceptional in person and on the phone (non-negotiable)
- Self-sufficient, manages their own time and pipeline
- Valid license + reliable vehicle (you drive to homes)
- Edmonton-based
Compensation
- Ramp (Crawl): $25/hr + 2% while you learn the system
- Growth (Walk): 50/50 split on assisted closes (~4–5%)
- Independent (Run): 6% / 8% / 10% by lead source — uncapped
- OTE: $80,000 – $150,000+ for closers who do the work
