Who we need
You are a rapid problem solver. You see a challenge and you are already three steps into the solution before anyone else finishes explaining it. You love structure, you love a full P&L, and you get a genuine thrill out of closing the books clean every month. You are the calm, capable center of a fast moving room, and you know how to hold people accountable without losing their trust.
You have 1 to 3 years leading people, ideally with a background in accounting or bookkeeping. You are technologically savvy, detail obsessed, and you communicate like it matters, because it does.
What you will actually do
- Own Market Center profitability. Full charge bookkeeping, weekly soft closes, monthly closes, Company Dollar tracked daily.
- Be the voice of value. You will quantify and communicate what makes this Market Center worth being part of, and you will help us net new associates every single month.
- Lead the Career Growth Initiative conversations that keep our agents on track to hit their goals, not just set them.
- Hire, train, and lead a support staff that makes everyone around them better.
- Sit at the leadership table with the Operating Principal and Team Leader and actually shape where this Market Center goes next.
Why this seat matters

What you need to bring
- 1 to 3 years of experience leading others, background in accounting or full charge bookkeeping preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A structured, detail oriented mind that still moves fast
- A high school diploma, college degree preferred
- The kind of person who tells the truth even when it is inconvenient
