Part-Time Bouncer
Location: Ted’s Bar and Grill, Mount Washington Alpine Resort
Position Overview: Ted’s Bar and Grill is seeking a reliable and vigilant Part-Time Bouncer to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong presence, ready to manage crowd control and uphold our establishment’s policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the entrance and exit points of the bar to ensure a safe environment for all guests.

Check IDs and enforce age restrictions in accordance with liquor laws.

Manage crowd control and maintain order during peak hours and special events.

Respond to and address any incidents or disturbances promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with bar staff and management to ensure a positive atmosphere.

Provide assistance to guests as needed, addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Follow all safety and security protocols to protect both guests and staff.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a security or bouncer role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to alcohol service.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
