This is a commission-based independent contractor position. Earnings depend on services performed, hours worked, and clientele.

Responsibilities
Deliver a full range of hair services (cuts, color, treatments, styling)
Uphold the ARC by LOOKAT standard of client care and hospitality
Maintain a clean, professional workspace
Build and retain a loyal, high-value client base
Requirements
Valid BC Cosmetology License ✓ Required
Valid Business License ✓ Required
3+ years of professional hair styling experience ✓ Required
Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
Professional résumé ✓ Required
Portfolio of work ✓ Required (Instagram link, website, or PDF)
