Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding products and services
- Conduct product demos and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Assist customers with merchandise selection, upselling relevant products to increase sales
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays and organized shelves
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle cashiering duties including processing returns, exchanges, and refunds with accuracy
- Demonstrate effective time management to balance multiple customer interactions efficiently
- Uphold phone etiquette when responding to inquiries via phone or online channels
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and product demonstrations is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining store presentation
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when needed
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills are essential
