Seeking Internal Sales Team Members for our CTR Northern Group!

What will you do? As a part of this team, you will play a critical role in providing advice and support to our customers on sourcing absolutely anything for our Nunavut neighbor's.
We require strong organization and mutli-tasking skills. You must have the ability to problem solve and use creativity and strong critical thinking and prioritizing skills.
Working with a small team at 13 Navin Road, you must have a valid driver's license or the ability to commute to work as this location is not on a direct bus route.
We need you to have patience, customer service and sales skills, we need you to be innovative and outside the box thinking is a special tool for this role.
Your hours will be Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with overtime opportunities.
Internal Sales Responsibilities (include and are not limited to the following):
- Provide advice and sourcing solutions to customers on auto and heavy duty parts, industrial supplies, shop supplies, tools, equipment, household and community needs, building supplies and so much more!!!
- Fill orders by phone or email from our customers
- Assist in creating an environment that nurtures teamwork, efficiency and celebrates success
- Take advantage of CTR's training and continuous improvement courses
- Meet or exceed sales targets
