We are seeking a Broker Technology Coordinator to support the ongoing improvement and coordination of our broker-facing systems, digital workflows, and operational processes. Working closely with internal teams, brokers, and technology partners, this role helps ensure our digital tools remain practical, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
This hybrid role is based in Saskatchewan, with the opportunity to work from our Waldheim or Saskatoon office as well as remotely. Occasional in-person attendance is required for training and team collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Support the coordination, implementation, and improvement of broker-facing systems and digital workflows
- Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of system and product updates
- Maintain and improve workflows across quoting, binding, servicing, and endorsements
- Collaborate with internal teams, brokers, and vendors to support operational and technology initiatives
- Support data quality, reporting, and process consistency across systems
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to practical process improvements
- Assist with broker-facing digital content and broader organizational initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Post-secondary education in business, technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant industry designations or certifications, including CIP, are considered assets.
- Minimum two years of experience in insurance operations, broker services, business analysis, system coordination, or digital enablement
- Strong Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis tools
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and workflows
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A practical, user-focused mindset with an interest in improving processes and systems
- Experience with policy management systems, broker management systems (BMS), CSIO standards, or system implementation and testing is considered an asset.

Candidates must reside within Saskatchewan.
