Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Fabricator Fitter focused primarily on precision layout, fitting, and
assembly of metal railing systems used in highway infrastructure. This is a fitting-first role with
welding as support.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret structural drawings and blueprints
- Layout, measure, and fit components with precision
- Work with carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Perform MIG and TIG welding as required
- Ensure CWB and MTO standards are met
- Maintain safe and clean work environment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years fabrication fitting experience
- Mandatory experience with carbon steel and aluminum
- Valid CWB certifications (W47.1 and W47.2 preferred)
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- MIG and TIG welding proficiency
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 44–50 hours per week
- Saturday work as required
Compensation & Benefits
