Bayshore Home Care Solutions (Government Branch) is looking for passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our amazing team. You will use your clinical skills to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality home health care, they need and deserve delivered with compassion, excellence and reliability, in the comfort and safety of their homes.

Negative wound therapy
Peripheral IV initiation, maintenance & medication administration
SC & IM injection & health teaching
PICC line care & removal , maintenance & medication administration
Drain care, maintenance & removal (i.e.. JP drains, percutaneous drains)
Ostomy care, management & health teaching
Foley catheter insertion, removal , care & health teaching.
In & out catheter, suprapubic catheter care, health teaching & removal of urethral stents
Edema management – compression application
Must be a Registered Practical Nurse with current CNO Registration
Current Police Check vulnerable sector Screening; valid within 6 months
Step 1 and 2 TB Screening; Step 1 valid within 6 months; Step 2 record of any date
CRP / First Aid
Valid driver’s license and vehicle with valid insurance
