Job Summary
As a member of the HR Technology Transformation team, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions within the organization. This position involves working closely with HR teams, IT professionals and other stakeholders to ensure the effective utilization of HR systems and tools and to enhance the overall efficiency.
Your Role
Stakeholder Engagement
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their HR objectives, challenges and technology requirements
· Conduct assessments to evaluate the current state of HR processes and systems within HR organization
System Implementation
· Assist in the implementation of HR technology solutions including HCM system and other related tools.
· Collaborate with IT teams on deployment plans for Microsoft products that will impact HR.
User Support and Training
· Ensure support is in place for HR technology system end users
· Provide training and user guides for the HR teams to enhance system understanding and proficiency
Process Management
· Assist in the identification of process improvements within HR through the effective use of technology
· Assess vendor performances to ensure they meet organizations expectations and ROI
Vendor Management
· Assist in managing relationships with HR technology vendors, participating in the evaluation and selection process.
· Work with vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement updates and ensure service delivery meets expectations
Change Management
· Support change management activities related to the adoption of new HR technologies
· Communicate system changes and updates to end-users and stakeholders
Data Governance and Security
· Contribute to the development and enforcement of data governance policies to ensure the security and compliance of HR data
· Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to address data security concerns
About You
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Information Technology, or related field
· Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in HR technology or a related analytical role
· Minimum 3 years’ experience with HR technology solutions and Microsoft solutions
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
· Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional stakeholders
