We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will support the dental team in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
You will play a key role in sterilization, patient flow, patient care supporting the dentist during procedures, inventory, maintenance of organization and cleanliness of the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure proper instrument processing
- Set up instruments, materials, and equipment for dental procedures
- Take dental radiographs in compliance with HARP regulations
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques
- Taking impressions, scans, photographs
- Accurately update patient records, medical histories, and treatment notes
- Assist with patient education and post-operative instructions
- Clerical duties when required (charting, patient flow, chart updates)
- Ensure compliance with patient privacy and confidentiality
Qualifications & Experience
- Dental Assistant certification (Level II) preferred
- HARP certification required for radiography
- Previous experience working in a dental office is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures
- Understanding of infection control standards and aseptic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
