Labour Pool employees must be able to demonstrate an ability to operate several different types of specialized equipment and processes in the manufacture of clay coated boxboard. Must be able to communicate effectively, work within a crew based environment and demonstrate an aptitude to work safely. The classification requires working in various Mill departments, being flexible to work varied shift schedules (7days/week 24 hours/day) and responding to call-in situations to service the Mill's operational requirements. Must possess a Secondary School Diploma, and have experience in an industrial manufacturing setting along with Lift Truck certification.
