Job Summary:
The Internet Sales Manager is responsible for managing all online sales activities, responding to digital inquiries, and converting leads into customers. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to all incoming online leads (website, email, social media, etc.)
- Develop and implement effective internet sales strategies
- Track, analyze, and report on lead conversion performance
- Train and support the sales team on digital lead handling
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers to maximize conversion rates
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate customer data
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation campaigns
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in internet sales or digital lead management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience is an asset
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets
