YOUR ROLE
- Builds a fashion-centric team of collaborative and engaged talent through recruiting and succession planning.
- Delivers an exceptional and seamless omni-channel client experience by embracing a “customer-obsessed“ mindset.
- Maximize sales and control operational costs through excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Ensure all team member comply with company policies, procedure, and brand initiates through training and communication.
- Ensures the store is brand-aligned through flawless execution of visual presentation and marketing display.
- Provides ongoing training and regular performance-based feedback to all team members.
- Creates a diverse and inclusive atmosphere free from discrimination and harassment, reflective of our People-First philosophy.
DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
- Business-minded trendsetter who understands today’s ever-changing landscape.
- High school diploma (D.E.S)
- Two years of retail or service industry leadership experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate others and achieve sales objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Able to work flexible hours based on your province.
- Able to bend, lift, and move boxes up to 35LBS (~16KG)
