We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician/Millwright to join our manufacturing maintenance team. This role involves performing electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial electrical systems, mechanical systems, and maintenance procedures, contributing significantly to the safety, reliability, and productivity of our facilities. Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, including low voltage controls and programmable logic controllers (PLCs), ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications.
- Perform mechanical maintenance tasks such as welding, alignment, and replacement of machinery components, including boilers and HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule, track, and document maintenance activities efficiently.
- Conduct analysis of equipment performance data to identify potential failures or inefficiencies before they impact operations.
- Support industrial maintenance activities by performing preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Assist with troubleshooting complex machinery issues involving schematics, control systems, or mechanical components.
- Operate welding equipment safely for repairs or fabrication tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician or millwright within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- strong knowledge with pnematics, hydralic systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage wiring and control panels.
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management.
- Mechanical skills including welding, boiler operation, HVAC systems, and machinery alignment.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals fluently in English.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices in manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for troubleshooting complex electrical or mechanical issues.
- Excellent customer service orientation when interacting with internal teams or external vendors.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience to perform comprehensive repairs efficiently.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
