Job Overview
The Machine Operator - Molder is responsible for processing our raw materials into a molded product.

Responsibilities

Understand and control the operation of rotational molding equipment.
- Accurately weigh resin and colorant

- Assist in mold changes.

- Load, change, and unload molds as required.

- Process scrap product

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

- Additional duties as assigned.
What to Expect
-
Frequent use of hand tools including, but not limited to; utility knives, wrenches, hammers, chisels, pry bars, etc.

- Frequent use of impact wrenches for bolt removal and replacement.
- Frequent use of overhead lifting devices such as jib cranes, bridge cranes, and monorails with electric or manual hoists.
- Shift is from 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Monday - Friday
Experience Requirements

At least 1 year Production/industrial manufacturing experience

- Comfortability working with production equipment and small tools.

- Comfortability working at elevate heights.

- Ability to understand work orders and bills of materials.

- Ability to work in a fast-past environment, with multiple responsibilities and priorities.

- Proven oral and written communication skills, English required

- Capable of working with minimal supervision.

Work Environment
The Molder position is classified as heavy work. The employee must be able to work in an industrial setting with exposure to the following physical activities; climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling and lifting (up to 50 pounds), and will work in an industrial plant setting with exposure to; height, humidity, heat, noise, vibration, moving mechanical parts, and forklift traffic.
