BRS Concepts is currently hiring experienced AZ Drivers for a leading food distribution operation based in Mississauga.
This position is best suited for drivers who are flexible, physically fit, and comfortable performing both AZ and DZ work depending on operational requirements.
Position Details:
- Mississauga, ON
- Reefer deliveries
- Full-time hours (40–50 hours per week)
- Morning shifts (typically starting between 5:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
- Monday to Saturday schedule
- One weekday off (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
- Mix of AZ and DZ work
- Long-term contract opportunity
Compensation:

- Final rate based on experience and assignment requirements
Job Requirements:
- Valid Ontario AZ License
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- OR
- Minimum age of 25 with at least 6 months commercial driving experience
- Clean Driver's Abstract (no demerit points)
- Clean CVOR
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to pass road test and company onboarding requirementsImportant:
- Drivers must be comfortable performing both AZ and DZ assignments
- AZ and DZ work may vary based on operational requirements
- DZ work involves multi-stop deliveries to restaurants and customer locations
- Driver-assist deliveries are required
- Hand bombing is required on DZ routes
- Ability to regularly lift up to 60 lbs is required
- Safety shoes, high-visibility vest, and gloves are required
Preferred Experience:
- Reefer experience
- Food distribution experience
- Multi-stop delivery experience
