Role: Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive that will help us continue to overdeliver for one of our key agency partners. It is an exciting time for MiQ and our partners and we are thrilled to be growing the team! The role offers the opportunity to join an innovative company, with award winning culture and ambitious growth plans. The Sales Executive will be tasked with growing existing business as well as garnering new business through strategic agency relationships, mastering MiQ product utilization strategy, living our mantra of "Inspire through Insights" and upholding operational excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Your main responsibilities will include:
Ensure we meet and exceed revenue and GP targets within your patch of business
Build and nurture solid relationships with key stakeholders from mid-senior level down to junior planner level
Work closely with the centralised trading divisions, buying divisions and planning teams within the individual agencies
Ensure an effective sales strategy is devised and implemented across your territory
Proactively pitch strategic ideas and opportunities to key clients that meet or exceed client KPI's
Be an educator, omnichannel expert and true partner within the agency by facilitating and organising MiQ's "Unlocked" educational series as well as keeping your clients updated on industry changes or challenges
Work across and implement our core programmatic business, including our suite of products within your patch of business
Oversee all RFP responses within your team making sure we are responding to core KPI's
Work closely with our product and analysis teams to tailor our products and insights to our clients' needs
Play a role in client entertainment and relationship building
Pinpoint threats and opportunities for MiQ within your portfoli
2+ years advertising technology and sales experience, large media agency experience considered a plus
Understanding of the digital programmatic ecosystem and the vendor-agency-advertiser dynamic
Strong Sales ability – able to close, with exceptional problem-solving skills
Involvement in a high energy work environment with ability to deliver on tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion
Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accountability
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Ability to problem-solve, work independently, and identify potential risks
Flexible and adaptable as a team player with strong communication skills
