NOW HIRING – Full-Time Window Sales & Estimator
Position: Window Sales & Estimator (Full-Time)
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Window Sales & Estimator. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with customers, assessing their window and door needs, preparing accurate estimates, and providing excellent service from initial consultation through to project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with residential customers to discuss window and door replacement needs
- Perform on-site measurements and prepare accurate estimates
- Recommend products and solutions based on customer requirements
- Prepare quotes and follow up with customers
- Build strong customer relationships and provide outstanding service
- Work closely with office staff, installers, and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information
- During construction season scheduling installation of all products with crew.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales and estimating experience preferred (window, door, construction, or home improvement experience is an asset)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read measurements and prepare accurate quotes
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Comfortable working independently and managing appointments
