Full Job Description
We are currently hiring an experienced Tri-Axle / Tandem Dump Truck Driver (DZ licensed) to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with consistent work in the Niagara, Hamilton, and Burlington areas.
The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and has solid experience operating tri-axle dump trucks in construction environments.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate tri-axle and tandem dump trucks
- Transport materials including aggregates, fill, concrete, and construction debris
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned truck
- Follow all MTO and company safety regulations
- Communicate with dispatch and job site personnel
Requirements:
- Valid DZ Driver’s License
- Minimum 3 years tri-axle dump truck experience
- Clean driver’s abstract (required)
- Knowledge of Niagara, Hamilton, and Burlington routes (asset)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Respect for equipment and safe driving practices
