The Position: This position plays a vital role in supporting and aligning marketing initiatives across the entire Marketing department. The position acts as the primary operational link between the internal team, sales team, and external creative agency partners. This position ensures that all collaborative projects are supported with the necessary information, communication, and resources to achieve strategic goals. Additionally, the role provides logistical coordination for digital content deployment, medical education webinars, website updates, and physical materials such as product samples and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:
Agency & Partner Coordination
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for external agencies, facilitating smooth communication and overall alignment.
- Coordinate the flow of information, feedback, and resources between internal stakeholders and external teams to support successful project execution.
- Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and agencies to ensure continuous collaboration.
Marketing Implementation & Workflow Support
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables and assets for campaigns/events, keeping cross-functional teams informed of key milestones to ensure on time delivery of required materials (samples, conference marketing materials, etc).
- Support general project administration, including tracking workflows, and identifying potential roadblocks.
- Assist with the coordination of diverse marketing campaigns and cross-functional departmental projects.
- Ensure that all distributed marketing assets and deployed digital materials consistently align with departmental standards and brand guidelines.
Digital Deployment & Web Administration
- Support backend management, scheduling, and execution of email automation campaigns.
- Coordinate the deployment of agency-generated content across various digital platforms, including corporate social media channels.
- Collaborate with the internal web development team to facilitate the scheduling, handoff, and implementation of website content updates.
Marketing Material & Logistics Management
- Provide administrative and coordination support for broader marketing initiatives as required, including but not limited to:
- General logistics and fulfillment related to product samples and demonstrators.
- Online recruitment and facilitation of product webinars.
- Inventory management, organization, and distribution of various promotional materials.
Administration
- Ensure high responsiveness and clear communication to internal and external teams.
- Collaborate with other functional areas across THS to resolve issues and seek out new ways to improve the business.
- Ensure cooperation with special projects as required.
- Responsible for the marketing inbox
As an ideal candidate, you have:
- Post Secondary education in Marketing, Business, Healthcare or equivalent
- One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or related role.
- Experience in the Healthcare, Life-Sciences, or Med-Tech industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and product usage in the field is an asset.
- Experience with marketing best practices.
- Working knowledge and experience with digital marketing channels, CRM and other marketing platforms (Web, email, automation, analytics, social media).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Works well independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in timely manner.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Fluent in French both written and oral considered a strong asset.
Essential Duties:
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs (25kg)
- Ability to travel
Working Conditions:
- Office Setting at our London Facility.
- Frequent interruptions.
- Compensation based on a regular work week of thirty-seven and one half (37.5) working hours, with additional working hours as required to meet ongoing business demands and to fulfill job responsibilities.
