Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental tools, and ensuring all supplies are ready for procedures
- Assist dentists during various treatments, including exams, cleanings, restorations, and orthodontic procedures
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring accuracy and patient safety
- Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout visits
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing patient check-in/check-out processes as a dental receptionist
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and sterilization standards in compliance with health regulations
Requirement
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and oral health care
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages, including pediatrics
- Certification in dental assisting or related field preferred; ongoing training in dental radiography is advantageous
- HARP is Required
- Fresh graduates are welcome
