Schedule
The role will include regular part time hours during the workweek so that shared spaces can be monitored and maintained while the workplace is in use. Some hours may be scheduled outside the normal workday, including occasional evenings and/or weekends, for deeper cleaning or event support.
We will aim to establish a consistent core schedule and provide advance notice of additional shifts whenever possible.
There is potential for the position to become full-time as the role develops. Additional hours are not guaranteed and will depend on company needs, job performance, availability, and mutual interest.
