Field Sales Representative
Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Team Lead to help grow our sales department while supporting day-to-day operations in the field.
Job Summary:
This is a leadership role that combines sales, team management, estimating, and field operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping train and manage door-to-door sales representatives, meeting with potential clients, estimating projects, and assisting with job execution when required.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for long-term growth opportunities within a growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor new door-to-door sales representatives
- Manage and support sales team members in the field
- Conduct door-to-door sales and lead generation activities
- Meet with homeowners and clients to discuss project needs
- Assist with estimating construction and maintenance projects
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
- Coordinate with management regarding sales opportunities and project scheduling
- Drive sales representatives to designated work areas as required
- Assist with physical labour and job-site work when needed
- Maintain a professional image while representing the company
- Help identify opportunities to improve sales performance and team productivity
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario G2 or G Class Driver's Licence
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and potential clients
- Ability to work independently and lead others
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks when required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience
- Experience in construction, contracting, landscaping, home services, or physical labour
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience providing estimates or working directly with customers
Training Provided:
- Sales training and lead generation strategies
- Door-to-door sales techniques
- Construction and maintenance estimating fundamentals
- Team leadership and management training
- Customer communication and relationship-building skills
