Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable Construction Labourers to join our construction team.
Duties
- Assist with general construction and site preparation activities
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment
- Assist tradespeople and equipment operators as required
- Perform general labour duties including digging, grading, cleanup, and site maintenance
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Assist with sitework, excavation, concrete, asphalt, and residential construction projects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up work zones for safety and efficiency
Experience
- Previous construction experience is considered an asset
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
- Valid driver's licence is considered an asset
- WHMIS, First Aid, or other safety certifications are considered an asset
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
