Salary $53,633.18- $60,705.12 per annum **based on work experience
Hours: 40-Hour Work Week (35 hours plus 5 hours allocated to daily half hour paid lunches and unpaid breaks)

About the role:
Working under the direction of the Housing and Reintegration Coordinator, you will support individuals living in rooming houses who are experiencing housing instability or are at risk of homelessness. Using a coordinated case management process and a Housing First approach, you will help clients access services, address barriers and maintain stable housing.
You will join an established Housing and Reintegration team that values collaboration, shared problem-solving and mutual support. While another Rooming House Case Manager provides specialized support to seniors, this position will work with rooming house residents across a broad range of ages and needs. Referrals may come from community partners, shelters, hospitals and other service providers throughout Ottawa.
As the successful candidate, you have:
- Work collaboratively with a broad range of community organizations, rooming house services, housing providers and emergency services
- Travel regularly between client homes, community locations and JHS Ottawa sites
