Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager specializing in Powersport to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, develop strategic financial plans, and ensure the dealership's financial health aligns with business goals. This role requires a strong background in financial services, dealership experience, and excellent negotiation skills. The Finance Manager will serve as a key liaison between sales, customer service, and finance departments to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the dealership’s finance department, including credit approval, financing options, and loan processing.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct negotiations with lenders, banks, and customers to secure favorable financing terms.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining financing options clearly and assisting customers throughout the purchase process.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling finance products and warranties.
- Analyze financial data to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all financial transactions adhere to legal standards and dealership policies.
- Train and mentor staff on finance procedures, compliance requirements, and customer engagement techniques.
Experience
- Proven experience in financial services within the automotive or powersport dealership industry is preferred.
- Strong background in sales, negotiation, and customer service is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data using math skills for decision-making purposes.
- Dealership experience is highly desirable to understand industry-specific processes and customer expectations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical financial concepts clearly to customers and team members.

Pay: Up to $173,927.26 per year
