Knowledge & Skills Required
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Takes initiative and ownership of task.
· Extremely creative and aware of food trends, styles, and presentation.
· Advanced education or certification in hospitality and travel an asset.
· Able to work varied hours to meet the needs of the business.
· Minimum of two years professional cooking experience.
· Able to handle pressure and busy situations; physically able to stand for long periods and carry at least 50 lbs and sustain a fast paced environment.
